Single-User License Terms and Conditions

The Single-User license allows one named individual to install an unlimited copies of NovicoSoft Trade Manager, provided that the individual customer is the sole user of each copy.
You may use the NovicoSoft Trade Manager for any number of MetaTrader brokers as long as the broker account is in your name.
If you are a new Single-User customer you will also receive technical support, all maintenance and new-feature releases of NovicoSoft Trade Manager, at no additional cost for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please send email to TradeManager@NovicoSoft.com to request a copy of NovicoSoft Trade Manager. Do include your registered MetaTrader Account Name with the request. See the section User License Validation below for more details ...
Upon receiving the request, the payment invoice will be sent to you by email.
The payment can be made by wire transfer.
Once the payment is received, an unrestricted copy of NovicoSoft Trade Manager, that is enabled for your registered MetaTrader Account Name, will be made available for download.

We accept payments by wire transfer.

NovicoSoft Trade Manager uses the registered MetaTrader Account Name for user license validation in order to restrict access to the product functionality.
Using the registered MetaTrader Account Name for user license validation enables it to be used across multiple MetaTrader brokers.

How to Find the registered MetaTrader Account Name

To find out your registered MetaTrader Account Name, follow these steps:
1. Start the MetaTrader application
2. Login to the MetaTrader server (if not done automatically)
3. Show the Navigator window (Click on the Navigator menu item)
4. Locate the Accounts information in the Navigator window.
5. Expand on the Accounts information, the registered MetaTrader Account Name is the one following the "login account number: "
In the example below, following account number "1010101: ", "John Smith" is the registered MetaTrader Account Name...


Note: Enabling access to a registered MetaTrader Account Name (eg. "John Smith") enables access to all other combinations of Account Name (e.g. "Smith John", "John Smith - USD", etc). As long as the licensed user name "John Smith" appears in the registered MetaTrader Account Name, access will be enabled for the NovicoSoft Trade Manager.
